We will have temporary pickleball courts on tennis courts for our use daily. There will be clinics/workshops, mini round robin, and general play.

Ecuador is a safe, clean, and organized country and one of the safest in South America. It has a winning combination of scenic nature, culture, and adventure. No visa is needed for traveling to Ecuador. The weather is great at about 75-80 degrees year round, has great food prices, the currency is US dollar. The flight is about 4 hours from Florida.
We will be staying in 4 different 4 star hotels while we tour Ecuador.

You should fly into Quito Airport (UIO) on August 3rd and return from Quito Airport on August 12th. Transportation to and from Quito Airport will be provided for you.

Day 1 - August 3rd: pick up from the airport - transfer to your hotel. Meet and greet dinner at the hotel. Hotel near Quito Airport.
Day 2 - August 4th: pickleball play, drive to Baños, on the way to Baños stop at the relaxing Hot springs Papallata, watching hummingbirds, drive through “Volcano Avenue”, stop at “Jeans town” Palileo, Hotel in Baños.
Day 3 - August 5th: pickleball play in the morning, road of waterfall tour - amazing nature, waterfall hike, cable car, bungee watch, visit famous swing -“swing at the end of the world”, Hotel in Baños.
Day 4 - August 6th: pickleball play in the morning, touring the beautiful City of Baños, free half day in Baños - optional of many activities including zip lines, paragliding, hot springs, rafting and more. Hotel in Baños.
Day 5 - August 7th: pickleball play, drive to Cotopaxi National Park and visit the great Cotopaxi Volcano and and the National Park lake. Hotel near Cotopaxi.
Day 6 - August 8th: pickleball play in the morning, visit Saquisili Market, visit unique painting workshop, arrive in Quilotoa Crater Lake, hike to the lake with amazing views. Hotel near Cotopaxi.
Day 7 - August 9th: pickleball in the morning, drive towards Quito, rose farm, visit equator site and museum. Hotel in Quito.
Day 8 - August 10th: full day tour to Otavalo. Stop in small villages and taste local food, watching typical weaving, visit famous Otavalo market - one of the biggest markets in South America, Local musical instruments demonstration, Peguche waterfall. Hotel in Quito.
Day 9 - August 11th: pickleball play in the morning. Day tour in Quito. Cable car, hike with amazing view of Quito, old town Quito, plaza grande, main cathedral, presidential palace, independence monument, statue of virgin of Quito. Hotel in Quito.
Day 10 - August 12th: pickleball play, transfer to the airport.
The Grand Palladium Colonial Resort, Mayan Riviera, Mexico
Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa lies on the beautiful Riviera Maya, just a short drive from both Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Nestled among tropical gardens, this palatial escape is surrounded by an abundance of local flora and fauna that create a peaceful, relaxing environment. The resort offers nine à la carte restaurants, 5 show-cooking restaurants, 21 bars, and 6 freshwater pools.
We will have three tennis courts divided into 12 temporary pickleball courts for our use. There will be open play any time during the day as well as leveled workshops/clinics throughout the week. Other fun pickelball and non-pickleball activities will be available.
After playing we will be able to enjoy everything the resort has to offer as well as some off-site excursions that may be available at an additional cost.
